Marti is a long-time supporter of membership scholarships with a goal of giving more girls a chance to experience opportunities through Girl Scouts.
Marti Baldwin was a member of Wilderness Road Girl Scout Council in Lexington, Kentucky, Girl Scouts of North Alabama, Girl Scouts Cahaba Council, and Girl Scouts of North-Central Alabama, and she is now a Lifetime Member of Girl Scouts. She is retired from serving as a technical librarian at the Carl Elliot Regional Library in Jasper, Alabama.
Her volunteer service to Girl Scouts includes leadership of troops at all levels, serving as service unit manager, service unit cookie and fall product manager, day camp leader, director and registrar, area director, committee member, and board member. Marti has received her 50-Year volunteer pin, Thanks Badge I, and Appreciation Pin.
