We look forward to your participation and thank you for your leadership and service to Girl Scouts of North-Central Alabama.
An Annual Meeting is a required gathering of a Girl Scout council’s voting membership (delegates, alternate delegates, board members, and other credentialed members) held each year to conduct the essential business of the council.
The Annual Meeting typically includes reports from leadership (such as the CEO and Board Chair), the presentation of financial statements and the annual report, discussion of strategic plans, and important votes on governance matters — including the election of board members, national council delegates, and, when applicable, amendments to bylaws.
The Annual Meeting ensures accountability, transparency, and member participation in guiding the direction of the council’s mission.
Delegates and alternates connect members, communities, and the Board, and elect local reps and national council delegates.
Delegate Training is being updated and will be available on gsLearn. Access details and the quiz link will be emailed to you.
You will receive links to register for the 2025 GSNCA Annual Meeting Delegate Forums. You only need to attend one forum.
