Addison Hardee
Mountain Brook, Alabama
“Growing up as a Girl Scout helped me in more ways than I can count. I developed confidence through different badges and bridges, and experienced so many new things with girls in my troop. I want to continue giving the opportunities that I had growing up to other girls in North-Central Alabama.”
Addison believes the most meaningful scholarship is in helping with membership fees because being a Girl Scout in general is such an invaluable experience. She is extremely proud of earning her Gold Award and loved travel and camp experiences with her troop but being a Girl Scout overall was incredibly meaningful. She was a member of Troop 30231 in Girl Scouts of North-Central Alabama, and she is now a Lifetime Member of Girl Scouts.
Addison is a rising sophomore Honors Student at Purdue University majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Psychology. She received the Mountain Brook High School Harold Patterson Award in Service in 2025.
