Camp Coleman is Turning 100, and You're Invited!
GSNCA has had the privilege of being the caretakers of Camp Gertrude Coleman in Trussville, AL since its inception in 1925. This year will mark 100 years of Girl Scouts experiencing the great outdoors at Camp Coleman, and you are invited to celebrate with us!
Join us on May 3, 2025 from 10am - 3pm at Camp Coleman (4010 Camp Coleman Rd, Trussville, AL 35173) for a historic 100th birthday bash.
Attendees can tour the camp, see vintage Girl Scout memorabilia, try their hand at some classic camp activities, purchase special 100th anniversary merchandise, and enjoy a birthday cake. There will also be a special 100th anniversary bridging ceremony during the event. The bridging is available for all ages, including a special ceremony for Girl Scouts bridging to adult.
This event is come and go, with cake cutting at 12:30, bridging ceremony at 1:30 and bridge to adult at 3:00. An exact schedule will be sent out a week before the event. Cost is $10 per guest.
