One Smart Cookie
One Smart Cookie is our signature fundraising event which honors
outstanding Women of Distinction whose leadership and accomplishments
make the world a better place.
Proceeds from the One
Smart Cookie Celebration fund the Girl Scout Leadership Experience,
which allows girls to discover Who They Are, What They Care About, and
What Their Talents Are. The Girl Scout Leadership Experience also
provides under-served and low-income girls the same experiences as
girls in traditional troops by providing program opportunities,
membership, and uniform scholarships.
Girl Scouts of
North-Central Alabama holds three One Smart Cookie Celebrations each
year: Central, North, and West.
