Was my order received by Girl Scouts?
After we receive your order, we will e-mail you a Girl Scout order confirmation notice containing your Girl Scout customer number and a purchase order number. If you have any additional questions, send it to ahines@girlscoutsnca.org. You can also call Customer Service, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. CST. You will be connected to a customer service representative. Within the United States, call (800) 447-5755 x10.
Can I Cancel or Add to My Order?
Once you have received your order number, we are unable to cancel or add to your order. We will try to accommodate additions to an order by placing a second order and charging the difference incurred in the shipping and handling charges. Please note: if you cancel an item that qualified you for a discount or promotion, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
Methods of Payment
We are unable to accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers. We do accept:

- American Express
- Discover
If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.
Note: This website is unable to accept Cookie Dough or Early Bird Girl Scout Shop Certificates.
When will my order arrive?
With standard delivery to the contiguous United States, most in-stock items will be delivered to you within 10 business days from our receipt of your order. If your order will take longer, you will be contacted.
