Girl Scout volunteers are valuable assets and deserve to have their time and talents recognized! GSUSA's and our council's formal adult recognition programs are designed to recognize outstanding accomplishments that go well beyond what is expected of the person in the position and reflect how the person's service exceeds defined criteria.
The significance and impact of Girl Scout volunteers cannot simply be measured in years of service but in the impact on the young women whose lives are enriched by the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
GSUSA and Council Awards Nominations are due January 30, 2017. Awards will be presented at the annual council meeting in April.
Service Unit Awards Service Unit Awards are a way to recognize volunteers and community partners in your service unit. They may be presented at the service unit's end-of-year recognitions celebration or other appropriate time. Nominations are due by March 15, 2017. Nominate a deserving volunteer for the Discover, Outstanding Mentor or Helping Hands Award:
Volunteer Years of Service Pin Self-nominations are accepted for the Volunteer Years of Service Pin only. Please use the Volunteers Years of Service form to nominate yourself or another volunteer.
