This partnership between GSUSA and Raytheon has allowed GSNCA to be one of 10 councils across the country to take part in this pilot cyber security event. 2500 Girls across the country will participate in this event.

Live the life as a cyber security employee on a moon colony. Work real scenarios to keep communications with earth working correctly. Learn how linguistics, phishing, decryption, steganography, facility logistics and bacon ciphers can help you ensure the safety of the community.
Girls will work in teams of 3 people to complete 18 different tasks throughout the day. Female STEM Professionals will join girls in small groups during lunch to discuss how and why they choose the path that led them to become the person they are today.
Please include T shirt size (Girls who register after October 1 are not guaranteed their desired T shirt size.)
Lunch, snacks, and drinks will be provided.
Girls will receive a limited edition Cyber Challenge patch and awards that they earn as part of the challenge.
This event is limited to girl participation ONLY. GSNCA will provide supervision. More information will be sent to registrants with options for adults to do while in Huntsville for the day.

**NEW INFO** GSNCA can now announce that we will have FREE transportation available to girls for the Cyber Challenge Event!! We will have TWO charter buses available to transport girls from a designated location to the event and then back! Location A will be Cracker Barrel in Bessemer, AL. Location B will be Bass Pro Shop in Leeds, AL. Buses will arrive at their designated locations at 6:00 am and will depart for UAH by 6:20 am. There will be a separate registration for transportation.
